Does anyone have any photos of their Competitor 205 Tiller with Wave Whacker/Whitecap splash guards on Am curious of placement with the new locations of drain holes on the transom. I am parting with this boat to make way for new toys and bigger boys. I had white caps on my 1850 sportfish crestliner, put wave wackers on my triton 205 walleye, definetly prefer the wave wackers and its worth the added cost. I did that to mine and they are awesome now. They will eventually crack, after pounding the waves. If I get another boat I will get another set. The wave wackers need to be modified by building a aluminum bracket for the insides of the splash guards to keep them from flexing. Two weeks ago we were on the Columbia River chasing Ducks in the morning and Walleye in the afternoon. He is a very nice fella and would reccomend White Cap to anyone over Wave Wackers. I have only used Wave Wackers and take them of and on each time to accomadate a cover. I have run this boat on the big waters of Lake Superior as well as beach landings on small lakes. She can yank large skiers out of the water and toss the most seasoned tube rider as well as hold you over a dime when you locate those tight holding fish. The transom is protected from backwash with Whitecap wave-wackers. Additionally, I have installed a bimini top with a drop down in front for total weather protection. There are at least two manufacturers who build backsplash units specifically for your chosen boat and model including Wave-Wackers and Whitecap Splashguard. This boat comes with 2 SCOTTY downriggers, Rod holders, life jackets, Lowrance LMS-337C DF (50 mhz.)chartplotter and depthfinder, Lowrance X 67C with thru hull bow fish locator, Marine Band Radio, Shorelander Roller trailer, bow mount trolling motor, 3 batteries and 3 bank on-board battery charger and custom, factory installed travel cover. It has never tasted less than high test gasoline and always stored indoors. This boat is loaded, has been stored, tuned and prepped annually as well as had the lower unit serviced regularly during each summer. This boat was purchased brand new by me when I lived in the mid-West and moved to Washington with me in june of this year.
